Paint Shop Pro Studio is 50% off, which is a great deal. The downloadable version is normally $69, but it's $35 for a limited time.

Short rant on product websites: I wish they'd tell me what comes with it.. it's been 5 minutes since I've been on the site and I have no idea what version of PSP is inside, or if it's a seperate product entirely.

Ok, after downloading 2mb worth of PDFs, it's a seperate product from PSP. I'm still trying to find out if it supports layers, adjustment layers, curves and levels..

The price is good though, if I can confirm if it does what I think it does.

I happen to have both of them sitting on my desk. Here, maybe this will help: http://www.digitalmediathoughts.com/assets/common/FileObject/jpg.gif compare.jpg (http://www.digitalmediathoughts.com/media/users/2/compare.jpg) (Size: 65.6 KB)

Thanks for the scan! Looks like it's somewhat crippled though.. inability to set white, black and grey points is something that all serious digital photographers should have.

Right - which is why it's not their top-end product. ;-) Studio is aimed at the Elements-type crowd, though it seems to be a bit more complex than that. Paint Shop Pro 9 is probably want you want.

Yea, so instead of an absolute must-buy bargain for everyone, it's now a good software at a very good price for 80% of digital camera users out there.
