Ok, that's the card I ordered from eCost almost a month ago, and today when I called they told me it was back-ordered for the FOURTH time and the expected ship date isn't until the 31st. AUGH!

This is the lynch-pin....this is what I need to install MCE 2005 on my Shuttle and then connect the Xbox Extender to it, etc. But I can't do ANYTHING until I get this damn card.

Sooooo frustrating!

I will be interested in how this card works for you. I was thinking of getting the same card but settled for 2 - 250MCE cards instead, as I had the extra slots available, and set up MCE2005 on a PC in my office. I did this as I had the intention of running an extender in the family room.

Well I couldn't wait any longer for an extender, coupled with the shortfalls of the current extenders available, and am now building a HTPC to put in my family room based on the Ahanix D.Vine 5 case (http://www.ahanix.com/dvine5.html). I'll probably use the current 250MCE cards I have but may just want to run two MCE boxes. :)

Yeah, this is going in a Shuttle XPC ST62K, which only has one PCI slot, so this is the only way I'm going to get the hot tuner-on-tuner action going on.
