Windows Media Encoder Help

Okay, well I figured this out at one point in time, but can't seem to find it again.
Whenever I encode a video to wmv with WME (windows media encoder), when I finish the little "wizard" it gives me, the encoding always starts immediately. This is fine in some cases, but a lot of the time I want to change the ratio of the video, so I have to wait for the encoder to load, then stop it, fix the ratio, then start it again. It's just a bit of annoying..

Does anyone know how to turn off the immediate encoding?

On the final screen just before you click FINISH, there's a box that says something to the effect of "Start encoding when I click finish" (or something like that). Un-check that box and it won't begin encoding. :-)
