Sony will begin sales of a new model in their "VAIO type U" mobile PC series with an upgraded CPU and HDD, the "VGN-U71P", from 6 December. The new model will be available from Sony Style only and will retail for 199,800 yen. It will come with Windows XP Professional (SP2).
