iRiver H140 vs H340

Has anyone used both the iRiver H140 and the H340?

The iRiver site claims "Enhanced 3D audio" in the case of the H340 but I'm wondering if the 140 doesn't have the same thing.

Also, can the screen on the 340 be used to display album art while a given track is playing, à la WMP9/10?

I would assume that iriver put that color screen to good use but there is no evidence of album art. The color ipod has album art but no Line out which keeps me from buying one :wink:
