iMac G5 reviews are beginning to trickle in from all major media outlets. The first round comes from Time magazine, Wall Street Journal (http://ptech.wsj.com/ptech.html) (in the capable yet biased hands of Walt Mossberg), <a href=http://www.siliconvalley.com/mld/siliconvalley/business/columnists/9710968.htm" target="_blank">SiliconValley.com,</a> PC Magazine (http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,1759,1648826,00.asp) and the <a href=http://biz.yahoo.com/ap/040923/tech_test_imac_g5_2.html" target="_blank">Associated Press.</a> So far the general reaction to Apple's new consumer desktop is rather mixed. Some laud it while others vilify it. This iMac is certainly a "love it or hate it" design.
Of course, I would like nothing more than to get a review unit from Apple to peruse, but that seems unlikely. Unless some wealthy and charitable soul out there wishes to buy me (http://www.amazon.com/gp/registry/registry.html/ref=wlem-si-html_viewall/103-7919704-8535809?id=1U0D0WV0ZJUM0) one!
