Now in 20 different languages including full Unicode language and file support. It is designed for large image libraries with thousands of files. This little power pack reads 40 different image file formats, supports lossless JPEG rotation and includes an unique MP3 Organizer including a simple player: MP3 files are categorized according their MP3 tag information into artist, genre and album in a comfortable tree structure. Great for larger music archives."</i><br /><br /><img src="http://www.digitalmediathoughts.com/images/jpegger1.jpg" /><br /><br />I took this app for a quick spin, and I have to admit, it's pretty damn impressive! It's a decent JPEG viewer, has the ability to batch rename/resize, and once you install it the only file you need to run the program is a 1.11 MB EXE file - which makes it perfect for putting on a USB Flash drive. Impressive! It also takes screen captures, rotates images, and does a few other tricks. Combine that with a decent UI and price tag of free, you've got a compelling JPEG tool if you don't need the powerhouse of ACDSEE 6.x. Worth a look!

I'm using XnView instead. Freeware also (for non-commerical use that is), and supports way too many picture formats. And some handy tools as well.

Not to bad. However it's still not as fast as ACDSee Classic. And its difficult to navigate if you have deeply nested folders. It crys out for some sort of favorites or shortcut functionality (unless I missed it). Also it has no configurability, Their keystrokes are your keystrokes...forever.

I'll have to give XnView a look.
