The Portable Media Player Reference Design, a.k.a. "Jazz", runs Windows CE and is compliant with Microsoft's Portable Media Center (PMC) standard, according to Freescale.

Jazz uses a Freescale i.MX21 ("MX" stands for "Media eXtensions") processor based on the ARM926EJ-S core. Specifications of the Jazz reference design board include:

•15/20/30 gigabyte 1.8-inch hard drive
• 64MB SDRAM plus 64MB Flash memory
• 3.5-inch 320x240 16-bit color LCD
• Stereo decode, FM radio receiver
• TV output support in PAL and NTSC formats
• Push-button based user interface
• USB 2.0, Ethernet, and UART interfaces
• UAT/JTAG/Ethernet for development and debugging"

Some interesting information about the Portable Media Center. The only thing missing from the reference design is Firewire. :)
