Hi Everyone,

Could anyone point me to a program that can edit exif data in batches? I have a ton of pictures that were taken and the camera's date was not set and I would like to clean the data up.

I'm also looking for a program that can read exif data and put all the pictures taken on the same day in their own folder.

Thanks,

Brian

Hmm... I know with iPhoto for the Mac, you can select a bunch of photos and edit EXIF data pretty quickly.

Maybe some of the iPhoto-like apps for Windows such as Adobe's Photo Manager and Picasa are capable of the same thing?

Otherwise, you could definitely do it yourself with a simple Python (http://home.cfl.rr.com/genecash/digital_camera/EXIF.py) script.

Sorry that I couldn't help out any better...

I was doing some more research after I posted, and it appears that based on this site (http://www.digital-photo-software-guide.com/exif-editor.html), you can use Zoner Media Explorer (http://digital-photo-software-guide.com/cgi-bin/site.pl?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.digital-photo-software-guide.net%2Fct%2Flc.php%3Fzmxe) to do batch EXIF edits.

Hope this helps you out better!
