I particularly like their remote control concept - it's a Pocket PC! :-) The down side to this though is the battery life - I don't often have to think about battery life with my current Sony remote control.

So many cool PVRs are hitting the market. The biggest thing that has held me back from buying a PVR (besides being stuck in Canada) is the lack of silent units that would fit into my stereo. I don't want a PC sitting in the living room with me. These units are starting to show up, and now I'm going to have to put some coin aside so I can buy one! :D

I've played with a fanless computer with a similar design to a Shuttle PC, and the heat pipes inside mean the outside gets toasty hot.

I burnt my hands picking it up the first time (and no, I didn't steal it...!). Tech support said that it's normal and advised me to run my hands under cold water! ;)

So be careful not to put it in an enclosed space, and don't stick melty plasticy things on top.
