Best iPhoto Imitator for Windows?

Recently, I bought a Windows PC. I've been searching for a really good iPhoto-like application for Windows, but all of them seem to have awful interfaces. Of course, the only program I've actually tried using is Adobe Photoshop Album.

Any recommendations out there for a good photo storage program?

I think that a great alternative to iPhoto is Picasa which I reviewed :D

Yup, Picasa is the best iPhoto-like software, hands down. Take it for a spin, but hold off on purchasing it just yet - I'm working on a coupon for subscribers (http://www.digitalmediathoughts.com/subscribe.php)...
