I took around 300 pictures yesterday with the a70, and all of them sucked. I kept only three of them, and this is my favorite one. This is my first time uploading pictures, so I hope this works:

Do you know what that swirly thing is to the left of my cat? Also, if anyone knows a better way to upload pictures, please tell me, because I know it can be annoying when people link you to inaccessible pictures.

Thanks!

The link doesn't work. How about giving us the user account of the album and we go visit the album manually instead?

Well, for uploading of pics for DMT visitors to see, you can't go wrong with signing up for the subscriber service! 10 megs of space to upload your stuff in the Personal Media Folder!

Yes, yslee is right. We can't see the picture on Yahoo unless you either set up a public briefcase, or give us the username/password to see that image. But obviously the better way would be to subscribe (http://www.digitalmediathoughts.com/subscribe.php) to DMT and get the 10MB Media Folder :).

Sorry, I just fixed the link to a site where it actually works. Here it is again:

http://www.ofoto.com/BrowsePhotos.jsp?&collid=702744680105

And, believe me, I'd love to subscribe to this site, only I already subscribed to PocketPCThoughts, and I doubt that I can afford to dish out more of my rapidly depleting funds. I'll more than likely subscribe in September, when I get another student loan. As for now, I'll have to just subscribe my time to this site...

Hmm, the link still doesn't work. I get an Ofoto error saying "The page you're looking for is not available"

Well then I give up. The frustration I have suffered for the simple pleasure of sharing my pictures is not worth it. Ah well. They were only cute cat pictures anyway...

Totally off topic: Speaking of cats, I recently saw a picture of a cat curled up on the screen of a Compaq TC1000 tablet pc. 8O Talk about warm beds....

Hope you've never had to suffer such invasions...

Sorry, I didn't mean to cause that much frustration for you ;-).

sublime, your link works fine for me. Cute cat - I especially like "Store in a cool dry place" ;)

Oh, and if I'm lead to believe correctly, didn't Jason say that current subscribers of PPCT would be getting a personal media folder when they upgraded the code in May? or was I mistaken? In that case, Sublime (& I) don't need to worry about getting extra funds until we really feel the committment over here.

Sublime,
you asked
"Do you know what that swirly thing is to the left of my cat? "

That photo of y9ur cat was taken with slow-synch flash meaning the flash was fired at the end of a long exposure photo.
that swirly think is a light or reflection in the background that swirled when you took the picture due to shaken camera syndrome!
