How Many Digital Photos Do You Have?

Just a quick survey because I'm curious about it myself - how many digital photos to you have in your personal collection?

That would be me. I've got just over 10,000 pictures and it takes up about 9.5 GB - so not that much. :wink:

Yeah, the size is really varied based on what type of camera you have - probaly 1000 or so of my pictures are low-resolution scans that I did when I was much younger (and scanners weren't very good). Now that I'm shooting with a 6 MP camera, my overall file size is shooting up rapidly. :lol:

Definitely over 10,000. They just accumulated over the years. I keep them all on CDs and DVDs, which does not take too much physical space, but eventually will get an extra external drive JUST for pictures.

I have got about 1500 photos...and i manage them using iPhoto, of course :D

So I have only 3584 pictures taken with a digital camera. However, a few months ago I spent a bunch of time scanning in all hard copies of pictures I had taken with a film camera so I am now counting them in my digital category which just pushes me over the 10,000 count :). Now if only I had money to hire someone to organize them ;-).
