Skype has been discussed on PPCT for some time now - thread here (http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=24733&highlight=skype).

Though Unreal Tournament 2004 (demo released recently) has VOIP built in as well :), so one can talk with teammates and order bots. Anyways - side-effect == talk with people while you blow them up... ahh, so much better ;-).
