Do you have an original Motorola Q? What network is it in? Generally, if there is an OS update available, it will come from your network operator.

The carrier will make any upgrades available via their sites. However, in the case of the original Q, I wouldn't waste your time looking. Motorola has made it clear that they will not be providing an upgrade for that device. If you want the new OS, you need to get the new Q hardware. :(
