This may be a really simple thing to do, but I can't find how to purge my Zune 30 of the files that are on there. Like many of you in previous threads, I'm having trouble with album art, the zune software picking up artists names, and not replacing genre tags that I have since updated in my zune software (which is my biggest problem right now...organizing all of this stuff). Is there a way to completely purge these files and reload my zune fresh? Or to get these genres and album art to update to what I input into the software? Also, is there a way to take all of these stock videos and photos that came with the zune off of my player? Thanks guys...you've been informative in my problems so far.
