Jump Back to the Zune Start Screen Quickly

Community member <em><a href="http://forums.thoughtsmedia.com/member.php?u=895" class="bigusername">jaxim</a></em> taught me something new this week: I was commenting in <a target="_blank" href="http://forums.thoughtsmedia.com/showthread.php?p=126468#post126468">one of my videos</a> that I missed the &quot;start&quot; button that the old Portable Media Center players had because it allowed me to jump back to the start page quickly. What I didn't realize was that if you press and hold the back button (the left Zune button) it will put you back at the start page no matter how many levels deep you are. Thanks for the tip <em>jaxim</em>!

Yeah, it looks like it's included in the getting started book that comes with the Zune. I actually tried it before I read the book thinking it might work and it did.

Yeah, I rarely if ever read quick start guides, and it seems I didn't discover it on my own. :D

I discovered this by accident shortly after I bought my Zune in May. I figured it was something that most people knew (but I still blogged it in my initial Zune experiences).

But yeah, it's a great shortcut. I use it all the time.
