Weird sync error - really weird!

Everyone at work has got the same weird sync-error. We run Exchange 2003 Sp2 with direct push and have phones with mobile6
(samsung i600 and HP ipaq 514). Syncing email and contacts works like a dream, but we have a really strange problem syncing our calendars.

If we create a calendar event on a phone, it syncs with the exhange-server and is readable in Outlook2003.

But - and this is the strange bit - if we create an event in Outlook (or edit an event originally created on a phone) the calendar event will NOT sync with the phone.

Strange, since both email and contacts sync both ways with no problems.

Has anyone else experienced the same problem?

I've never heard of this before. Is there a chance that a time zone or date is different between the devices and the server / dekstops? Perhaps it is sync'ing but it's syncing to a different time on the device.

Just a thought.

Time and date is the same on the server and my telephones. Next week I'll have unisys looking at my server to check if there are any error i our Exchange config.

I think the error is in Exchange, and not on the phones.
