Phone sync problem

Hi, my phone used to sync fine but now the phone connects but gives me the message:
"Port Not Available: cannot connect to PC."

Any ideas? :S

Could be anything. ARe you running Vista/WMDC? or is this on XP? Have you installed any new software on the desktop? Try turning off the firewall on your machine.

Can you sync with another computer? Perhaps it's the phone and not the computer.

What phone are you using? Are you connecting over Bluetooth or USB?
