To make sure you don't miss the latest version, check out the official page!

I think RC06 will be out soon ... And we'll also try to put some updated screenshos on the page then (those on smartphone-freeware.com aren't even Alpha4 ones)...

The problem with apps like this is that they do too much. I would rather have 3 applications that do a single task really well, than one that does a lot of things ok.

I would bet that it would get more interest if it was broken down into multiple seperate applications.

Hey Prosper (slightly OT here) I really like that new "Pure Black" homescreen. Any chance of getting a version without Facade? It looks awesome!

I think STK does all the things quite good.
Sidenote: There's no need use ALL features of STK. You can also just use the Start Menu if you wish (everything else stays default then). There are just so many possibilities - give it a try ;)

Why don't you do one yourself? ;)
There's a thing you have to note when using it without Facade. I've added a Facade spacer above the LCD Plugin, which needs to be replaced with another plugin then (you can also add the spacer-height to the profile plugin height).
Standard calendar and allday plugin should fit quite well in the place where Facade is now ...

I don't doubt it. But there's something to be said for simplicity. I think you can get more customers with 5 simple and easy to use applications, than you can with 1 application that has 5 very different features. Maybe it's just me. :D

Ha! Easy answer there - I'm no where near as talented as you, my friend.

The standard calendar would work nicely, or even just another spacer. I might try my hand at it, but there's a reason why I gave up doing homescreens a long time ago. :cool:

Hm. I like all the functions of STK. They all add something handy to the device.

It's like a collection of different handy features. An auto keylock with screensaver, WM6 softkeys, a task manager, a new Start Menu that is more Vista or XP like... and everything can be used seperately.

And a plus of having one application for several features: It uses less memory.

Ok, here's some help :D

Replace the plugin titled as "Facade Spacer" with this code:

<plugin clsid="{E09043DF-510E-4841-B652-388316977A7A}" file="sysplug.dll" height="50" />

Then simply delete the whole Facade part, line 68-105. There you should go. You can also place some other plugins in the free space then.

//edit

Somehow the code isn't displayed o.O Probably the site tries to use the clsid or something? Drag this into a plugin tag (<plugin />).

clsid="{E09043DF-510E-4841-B652-388316977A7A}" file="sysplug.dll" height="50"

I liked the program but due to the complexity of the program, I need instn manual. I could not find it on the developers site. There is some mention about the manual on the main page (under information tab) but no manual found. Any ideas?
Thanks

There's no manual yet. We're working on it though.

We're? I didn't realize you're part of this team Prosper. Cool. :cool:

I would like to strongly suggest a new name. I think I've mentioned before that ToolKit sounds like a developer tool.

Now I feel like I really need to try it out. I'll give it an install before the end of the weekend.

I'm helping with the page, and with a few other things, and I volunteered to put a manual up with another american guy. Not to forget the page will eventually be moved onto my server. But "part of the team" is carrying things too far.

Will ask him. Not sure what he'll say though. Maybe we can start a poll or something...

Strongly suggested by your doc :)
