Blocked Received calls Palm 750

Hello

I bought a Palm 750 smartphone and am trying to set it up. One problem is that all incoming calls have the message "Blocked Unknown caller". It seems they are not on the contact list? I have looked for hours but cannot solve it. I will go back to the dealer in the next day or so if no result.
