Make IE Act Like a SmartPhone?

What can I do to trick web sites into thinking my installation of IE7 is a SmartPhone (limited screen, etc)? Is there something in HTTP headers I can tweak somewhere?

Typically it's a combination of the host headers that tells a site what type of device it is. Different sites look for different things. You might want to capture the host header of a mobile device and then hack your IE to match. However, it would be much easier to install the emulator and browse from that. ;)
