Some of the features are the standard things you would expect like more customization on the notes pane - like adding bullets, pictures, links to web sites and change the font. Then there's the "Oh Cool" features like sharing lists with friends or posting them to your own website, creating a news (RSS) feed from a list, and the ability to send lists to your phone from your computer. You can read all about the new version and the upgrade details on the Ilium ListPro website. If you don't already have a copy, you can purchase one from our affiliate store.

I'm somewhat dissapointed in this release. The synching is still the old way whereby you have to copy the lispro file back and forth from your pc to the smartphone. Should have implemented the wonderful synching that is available for eWallet; multiple devices synch, no file movement

We totally understand, and we're working on some kind of actual sync solution for Windows Mobile Smartphones. (FYI, if you have a Windows Mobile 6 Standard phone, ListPro will be able to sync with it using File synchronization through ActiveSync/WMDC, just like a Pocket PC.)

For now, you might want to take a look at the Publish feature. If you're mostly putting data in on your desktop and copying it to your phone, the Publish feature will do that without you having to copy files around using Windows Explorer and ActiveSync/WMDC. Just connect your phone, open ListPro on the desktop, and click Tools -> Publish (or click the right-most toolbar icon.) The open ListPro file, and any associated linked files, will be copied onto your phone.

Note that you have to publish each ListPro file separately, since the feature only works on the currently-open .CLF file.

This approach works but it puts the List Pro file into the My Documents folder taking up valuable real estate (my file exceeds 1mg). You can use Mobsync to transfer the file when you start Activesync and then you can put the file on to your memory card automatically.
