If I use the Windows Live Messenger on my Phone (T-Mobile Dash) Will I get charged with SMS messages or will I get charged for Data Charges? T-Mobile is no help on this matter. Thanks!

If you're doing over WiFi, no, nothing. To do it over the cellular connection, you need a data plan. T-Mobile doesn't have a per-kilobyte data price: either you have an unlimited plan or you don't.
