LogMeIn Rescue Mobile, the newest software-as-a-service (SaaS) in LogMeIn's growing family of IT support services, is the first web-based service that enables technicians to remotely access and take control of a smartphone – and optionally the connected PC - simultaneously. Technicians have a replica of the smartphone on their computer screen and can push buttons, manipulate the screen and control the device as if it were in their own hands."</i> <br /><br />I've been using LogMeIn for just over a year now and I've been very pleased with the service. Adding mobility into the mix is a great next step and an addition that I am really looking forward to. It would make a great addition to the existing mobile management tools built into Exchange. Unfortunately, I can't find any mention of this on the LogMeIn site. :( I'll be watching and post more details when I find them.
