Outlook not syncing suddenly?

All of a sudden, Outlook won't sync. All of my other programs will sync thru active sync, not it's not hardware.

I've deleted ActiveSync, and re-installed 4.5. No luck.

I did a hard reset; still no good.

I get a support code 8501014, which means Oulook won't sync. (duh).

I checked all of the possible problems listed on the Microsoft site. Outlook IS the default mail server. I ran thru all of their "trouble shooting", with no luck.

Anyone else run into this problem?

Or better yet, does anyone know of a program that works like Palm Desktop, replacing outlook calendar, notes and tasks?

Any comments or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Well, I discovered a great little app that will sync an unlocked WM5 device with Mozilla mail and calendar. Since I use Firefox anyway, switching everything over to Thunderbird was a no-brainer.

I loaded the calendar plug-in, and everything syncs with it. Nice and clean.

Nope.

Tried turning the firewall off.

But Birdiesync works. :D
