"wmpocx.dll" meaning

Hi, I am intrigued to know the contents and the function of "wmpocx.dll" library. Said library is invoked by Windows Media Player, why? Could you please tell me where I can find "wmpocx.h" file, in order to have a look to the source code? Does a relation exist between "wmp.dll" and "wmpocx.dll"?
