http://www.mobile-spy.com/spy_features.html

"Are your children or employees abusing the privileges of your Windows Mobile based smartphone? Are you worried they are using the phone for unallowed or inappropriate activities? Mobile Spy will reveal the truth for any company or family. You will finally learn the truth about their call and text message activities by logging into your Mobile Spy account from any computer. Mobile Spy is a hybrid software/service which allows you to monitor your smartphone in real time. This unique system records the activities of anyone who uses your smartphone. You install a small application onto your phone. It starts at every boot of your phone but remains stealth and does not show up in the Windows Mobile Task Manager. After the software is setup on your phone it will record an array of phone activities and then silently upload the data to your private Mobile Spy account using GPRS. When you want to view results, simply login to the Online Control Panel from any computer and enter your username and password to proceed."

It was only a matter of time. Retina-X Studios has announced the availability of a spy software that records all the incoming/outgoing text messages and call details. It then uploads the information to a central site, which enables remote monitoring. Surprised that it doesn't record the voice calls. While I wouldn't recommend this tool for spying but it seems like a nice, albeit expensive, tool for logging your own calls and messages.

No kiddin' I can't imagine having so little faith in my kids that I would resort to this sort of clandestined surviellance. And company use? Yea, there are people that abuse stuff, but that is discovered without assuming everyone is guilty and deserving of monitoring. If you have that little faith in an employee, you should probably let him/her go. If you have that little faith in all your employees, maybe running a business isn't right for you.

exactly.

the part about this software that i do not understand is that you could always check their phone bills to see what numbers were called or called them. lets face it, this software was designed for the sole purpose of spying on someone you don't trust, like a cheating husband :)
