I have everything working on my BJ working (internet, data, access to exchange server at work, voicemail, sms) -- except I can't get the BJ to accept my t-mobile configuration for MMS messaging. Any ideas?

Here are the steps to configure a T-Mobile Dash (which is a windows 5.0 smartphone very similar to the BJ). When I try to set up the MMS account - the BJ won't accept the settings. It says that it cannot save them. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Setting up the handset

1. On the handset, press Start.
2. Scroll to Settings and press the Joystick.
3. Scroll to Connections and press the Joystick.

If you could let me know how you like the BJ on the Tmobile network I'd appreciate it. I'm thinkin of going that way -- over the dash -- but would like to see if there are any obvious pitfalls. do you know if the my faves works with the BJ (i.e. will the numbers you select on the web be your favorites) or is the application that resides on the phones a critical component to making this work?

Thanks.

I chose the BJ over the Dash because I really like the design and form factor more. But I have a much better service deal on T-mobile than I could get on Cingular.

So far -- everything is working great except for MMS messaging. For the most part the setup is the same as you would for the Dash or HTC MDA - and everything as worked. Internet, phone, SMS messaging, pull email using active sync and my company exhange server, voicemal, everything.

If I could get the MMS working I would be 100% satisfied.

Thanks for the feedback. I think I'm going to go with the blackjack. Just need to hit eBay.
