I think we are also the #1 user of Mobile email worldwide now. How do we deploy, manage and use Windows Mobile inside Microsoft... well Justin Emch and John Albertson have a webcast on exactly this on April 26th Justin is responsible globally for Windows Mobile inside Microsoft so the webcast should be excellent!"</i><br /><br />I hope that however the Microsoft employees are using WM that they get a little taste of the frustrations we have. We the unwashed masses who don't have access to the kind of help they might have when WMDC or ActiveSync won't work for us. Even better, when it was working and then suddenly stops with the clear message "Can't connect..0x80000405" or some other useless string of text.

I wonder what the percentage of that 75% uses the device the way it came out of the box. Don't think that just because someone works at MS they are the gadget freaks most of us are. I can see many of them just using it as a phone, and an e-mail device, with some minor messaging and PIM functionality all with the stock programs.

I would lay odds that very close to 100% of that 75% syncs wirelessly with an Exchange Server.
