DASH WIFI CONNECTION STATUS RX 1MBPS TX 54 MBPS

OK so i just gpt this dash 2 days ago. I have local wifi at work and at home. also differnt type hubs and routers , when i use my wifi its real slow. I get rx 1 mbps and tx 54 mbps on any wifi connection. I havent tried tmobile's hot spot but i dont use them i need speed at home.I spect 3 hrs with tmobies joke for tech support.I had to help them use their dash's.God whatta joke. Anywyas help what can i do to get this recieve spped up?

You're not going to get 54MBps on a handheld. The chipsets and power of the device are just not designed to handle that. You can connect to b/g networks, but you won't get b/g speeds.

Ok i can understand that but...1mbps is way to slow isnt it? what is the general users of the dash getting?

Just ran dsl reports with my Dash and got 1.270 mbps, which is about normal.
