Just attach it to your handy-dandy keychain adapter and you can plug it right into your computer. No need to carry a long USB cable with you. Sure, you can use Bluetooth, but what if you need a quick charge on your device? Or what if your Bluetooth connection seems to be failing? Problem solved by using your keychain.

Bought one of these from Brando some time ago for a ridiculous price of like $5 shipped from HongKong.

Gave it away to a coworker when I bought by Smartflip....and since I now have a Blackjack, I still cant use it.

Damn non-standard USB ports!

Some smartphones are quite heavy and I'm not sure that I'd want that weight just hanging on my PC's USB port...

Well, no you dont want to just let your device hang from the USB port of your PC. That just makes no sense.
I have one of these, and it works great when I have my laptop sitting on a desk or other flat surface. My phone sits on the desk fine. I also use it at home, instead of a dedicated usb to mini usb cable, I use a usb extension cable, that way I can plug this or a thumb drive in.

Does anyone know of something like this that would work with the BlackJack?

I can hear the conversation now...

"Say, is that a USB-MiniUSB adapter in your pocket, or are you just happy to see me?"

Honestly, I'm not sure I'd want that on my keychain, BUT, I do like the idea of this being cleaner and more portable than a 3ft cable in my backpack.

Also, the clip is nice, so I can keep it where I want it.

For $5? That's crazy, I'm ordering.
