If I had something like this when I quit smoking I think I would still be smoking. It seems a bit too much to me.

Not knowing much about smoking - It seems like it's trying to scare you into stopping with the help of the patch. I'm not sure how effective that would be, but I've never had to quit, so I don't know.

I spoke to the deeloper of this a year or two ago. He said he was still smoking, in spite of developing My Last Cigarette ;-)
