Use phone as USB drive under 2003?

Here's the short version: I just bought an Audiovox SMT5600 with a 256 MB memory card. Catch is, I don't have a card reader for MiniSD cards, nor an adapter to fit them into any other slot. So, I'm looking for a program that will turn the phone into, effectively, a memory card reader via the USB cable.

I know that WM5torage can do this, but it's WM5 only, and doesn't work under 2003. Softick Card Export II only works on PPCs. So, can anyone offer another suggestion?

Most of the MiniSD's (Mainly SANDISK) come with Mini to Regular SD adapter. You can probably buy those adapters dirt cheap from ebay, maybe cents each...
