SDA - Realistic price

What's a realistic price to ask for an unlocked SDA? No SIM, 512Meg mini-SD card, leather carrying case with belt clip, screen protector, has two minor case blemishes. Don't need it since I got the Dash.

My ebay search shows the SDA Unlocked - NEW - selling for about $150. So I would expect a used one to be around $90-$100.
