Some Cool Home Screens for Your i320

hey guys how i do i get it working??
i have it downloaded and on my blackjack but i dont know how to set it

Put it someplace on your phone then navigate to it with file explorer. Click on it to execute. It will install it. Then go in and change your home page as you normally would to the new one.

I thied both the earth and the pulse, and they didn't seem to work right. The pulse only pulsed when i hit a button (if i remember right) and the globe spun so fast, it didn't make sense. i removed them both right away. i REALLY like the media player, tho. clean and elegant
I'm actually looking at making my own with using a dll that allows for multiple plugins per line and putting the clock on the top bar that is reserved for the system info - very slick!!!

and the globe - i just got dizzy. i mean, it was FAST!!!!
i think a slow spin would be bretty cool. i think that animated homescreens are cool. I have it on my desktop as well. actually, it's live footage of the earth from satelite updated every 5 min - it's sweet.
i think a slow rotating globe, or something like that would be pretty cool. can that be done?

Nice themes, but the sound effects are ANNOYING! People around me at work were wondering what the beep was. Even though I have my phone set to the meeting profile it still makes the heart beat beep sound when pressing the action button to bring up the other information.

WHY CAN'T MICROSOFT HAVE SILENT/MEETING MODE MUTE ALL SOUNDS?????????????????????????????????????????????? :evil:

Or just include a switch that literally cuts the speaker instead of doing with through the system. ARG.....

That is one problem with the themes. You can make them quiet by turning down the phone volume (the volume you adjust when you are in a call). Not convenient but it works. I sent the developer an email to see if the sounds could be tied to the system volume instead. Maybe it can be changed.

Just go into the /home folder and move or delete the .wav file relating to either the pulse or the globe homescreen. That's what I did and it removed the sound completely.

Also, I noticed a bug with the Default Black theme, in Pocket Outlook text messages show up blank (I'm guessing the text is set to white). And links in email also show up blank.

Try changing the format in the Regional settings on your phone. If that doesn't make a difference, you'll need to edit the XML of the home screen.

I'm not sure if it was one of these themes, but something installed a font (urly.ttf) that caused the Java applet to display a goofy font on my Dash.
