Can´t connect Qtek 8500 to MS Exchange Server 2003

I need advice on how to connect my Qtek 8500 to the company exchange server 2003. Based on my understanding I´ve to install two certificates. The private certificate is taken by the Qtek, but the server certificate isn´t taken.
What is wrong, or is this a general problem?
Qtek´s hotline is only able to answer my question in 5 Days, maybe!!!
