Transfer Palm Address & Memo info into 8125

I just bought an 8125 and want to transfer Palm Address and Memo into to my new phone. I went to the Microsoft side which in turn directed my to the Palm site. But no where did I get an explaination as to the procedure. I have the data of the Palm currently backed up on my PC with Palm's HotSync. How do I get the data from HotSync into my new phone?

Yeah, I agree with Jerry. I don't really know much about Palm or the palm hotsync expereince. It would be my guess that you would need to export things from PalmSync and then import into Outlook. But that's just a guess.
