3125 App Unlock???

I have a Cingular 3125 coming for me from Ebay and the phone is Unlocked so it can work with my tmobile.
It says in Smartphone/Pocket PC Mag that the phone is app ocked originally. I asked him and I am waiting on his reply., I have found one site that gives a tutorial on how to unlock but Is there other tutorials on how to app unlock the 3125. I checked google but it really only gives info on the imei unlock services

I'm not sure what definition they're using for "application locked," but you're free to install any applications on the 3125. If the application is unsigned, it will tell you that it's not from a trusted source, but the device won't stop you from installing it.

Thats good......Cause I bought the phone unlocked and the new issue said that the phone will not allow you to install anything not signed with a trusted certificate...
Well I guess I will find out when I get it at the end of the week.
