By installing the mobile application, Mercora M gives people “on-the-go” access to their complete digital music libraries on their PC’s so they can listen anytime, anywhere from their mobile phones.</i>"<br /><br /><img src="http://www.smartphonethoughts.com/images/augusto-20060929-mercoram.jpg" alt="User submitted image" title="User submitted image"/><br /><br />This program looks pretty neat. Lately I have been looking for a program to replace Orb for listening to my music collection while on the road. The most promising aspect of this software is being able to share your collection with up to five friends or family members, as well as their social radio, which gives you access to over 100,000 channels. For more information, check out the <a href="http://search.mercora.com/v6/msite/index.html">Mercora M website</a>!

Installed on my PC...seemed to work fine. I didnt really like the way it listed albums, artists and songs in alphabet sub categories....
A(21)
B(15)
C(12)
etc
But when I installed on my phone (SP5m), It wouldnt play any of my library....kept saying "unsupported format"
So I tried to play a broadcast....same error.
Uninstalled on both the PC and Phone. :(

BTW....when I tried to uninstall on my phone....it said, "unable to remove completely...remove from list of apps" message....then I had to go in and remove shortcuts myself. (Probably some other stuff there I cant find as well).

i dislike the way it list albums as well. i would rather have them listed by track order instead of name. also, i had the streaming problem as well. i realized that after i installed the desktop app and it asked for my IM screenname, at first i entered my yahoo screenname since that was the first option there. after uninstalling the program and reinstalling it i realized there was an option in the IM drop down box for your Mercora screenname which you would need to stream music to your WM device.
dunno if that is the same problem you are having, but i figured i would give everyone the heads up

That sounds like the standard Windows Mobile 5 uninstall error. For whatever reason, WinMo5 seems to think that some of the application files are in use. To fix this, when it asks if it should remove the application from the installed applications list, select No. Then restart your phone. As soon as it boots up and before you do anything else, go to remove programs and uninstall the app. It fixes the problem every time.
It's got nothing to do with this app. Just another bug in WinMo5.
