cached web pages

Hello everyone,

by reading the Audiovox SMT5600 manual I understand that I can visit web pages that I have previoulsy browsed using my internet connection in a cache mode. It says to go to the address bar, use View History, the GO on the page I am interested.

But every time I do this, it connects back to the internet ! connecting..finding...downloading....again....!!! can be costly !

what is the proper way to access a cached web paged !!!

I've never heard that before. I don't know of anyway to view pages in the cache. :?

Caching is...busted. I don't know whether it's code on the Web site itself that says "download me every time" or if the phone itself is just stupid. The fact is though, that there seems to be no way around it. :?
