The screen feels much more cramped and offset a little high, and the keyboard was a big disappointment; each key is angled up in the center, making for a very strange, uncomfortable tactile feedback situation going on there. And that space bar is, in fact, a mite small. Ok, we'll stop with this one, but be forewarned, don't bet on this BlackJack."</i><br /><br /><img src="http://www.smartphonethoughts.com/images/Temporale-20090914-Samsungi320.jpg" alt="User submitted image" title="User submitted image"/> <br /><br />Oh no! This is bad news for those of you holding on for the Samsung i320. I'm pretty surprised to hear this news. I had expected that the Samsung device would be a significantly better piece of hardware. But I guess HTC has finally got it right - or Samsung really screwed this one up. ;) I hope they can pull things together before this device starts to ship.

It's one review. A pre-review at that. I would probably hold off on declaring it a failure at this point ;)

Well they are sort of available via Expansys and I have bought 30 of them so far.

To be honest, bar the battery life and small keyboard I cannot fault them. Most users testing them compared to a Blackberry are happy with them, particularly the size.

Activesync works perfectly and the Samsung additional software is all useful. I particularly do not understand the comment about the screen as you are not going to get a small device without making sacrifices.

i played with the i320N with NO PROBlEMS.. its a great device, the only main difference between the i320 &amp; the i320N is the keyboard.. anyways, its a great business phone i have to admit.. i'm getting mine next week.. :D

Try owning one and then you will comment that the battery life is ridiculous. Half a day on a battery. Its like the days on the original Motorola 8000. No hang on a minute, even that was better.

The phone would be awesome apart from the battery life.
