Tweaing a sim card

Hi all,

I’m Thaddeus fernandes from India. In India we use 800/900/1800 Dual Band frequency Phones (GSM type). We have many service providers that provide comm. Facilities through SIM cards.

Is there any way where I can tweak the SIM card and change the call rates or able to send free SMS.

What are the tweaks available that I can do if I get hold of a SIM card reader.

I don’t wish to do any cloning of the SIM card. Only change a few settings and maybe change my call rates etc.

Please help me find a solution to this. If such things are possible then maybe I could go for buying a sim card reader.
