AJAX support in Smarphones

Hi Friends,

i'm very new to this smartphone technology. Actually i wanna host a web page for Smartphone / PDA / Pocket PCs. Do they support AJAX? If yes, are there any limitations?

where can i find mobile emulators so that i can test my coding in my personal system?
