Transmit sounds during call.

I am developing for Pocket PC Phone Edition. If I use PhoneMakeCall to make a voice call from myApp, phone app starts and has the focus with myApp in the background. If myApp comes to the front during the phone call and generates sounds, they are very muted and do not get transmitted over the phone line. Is there a way to transmit sounds over the phone line? Is there a way to increase the volume of the sounds from myApp during a call?
