Noob question...soft reset for the 2125?

I didn't see anything in the manual about a soft reset. I've been having problems with my 2125 and it was suggested I "reboot." I know how to do this on my PPC but am clueless when it comes to the 2125.

Turn it off, turn it back on. That's the hold down the power button off, or the power off from the quick-list screen, or whatever it is called.
