You get $100 of <i>Feature Dollars</i> to spend on any features you want to see changed or added in the next release of Windows Mobile. The amount of money you put to a feature shows just how important it is to you. Keep the focus of this to the changes that Microsoft can actually do. That means nothing about more memory, smaller footprint, better backlight, jog wheel, etc. Once you have your feature dollars broken out across your various features, head on over to the <a href="http://blogs.msdn.com/windowsmobile/archive/2006/08/08/one_hundred_feature_dollars.aspx">Window Mobile Team Blog</a> and share it with them. :D
