The user guide and test photos are not available at this time and Samsung has requested confidentiality for 45 days, so we don't know the specifics of this unit. According to the official Samsung <a href="http://www.samsung.com/AboutSAMSUNG/ELECTRONICSGLOBAL/InvestorRelations/NewsPublicDisclosure/PressRelease/PressRelease.asp?seq=20060306_0000237672">press release</a> this EDGE based GSM unit features a tri-band European radio stack (900/1800/1900 MHz) and the FCC has only tested the 1900 MHz, which makes me wonder whether this device will be launched in the North American market or not? :?

I think Samsung would have a big hit on their hands if they released this phone here in North America. I really don't understand why they haven't been doing anything here for since the i600. :?
