The criteria for the list included device side components, being among the top 50 best selling applications (based on the Handango YardStick report) and having more than 1000 downloads on Handango. What all of that means is this, these developers make some of the best Windows Mobile applications available today. It doesn't comment to the support or customer service of these developers.
