The criteria for the list included device side components, being among the top 50 best selling applications (based on the Handango YardStick report) and having more than 1000 downloads on Handango. What all of that means is this, these developers make some of the best Windows Mobile applications available today. It doesn't comment to the support or customer service of these developers. Mind you, if you have managed to get to the top 20, you should have a pretty good support system worked out by now. ;) Here's the list, in no particular order:

Spb Software House, WebIS, Phatware, SBSH, DeveloperOne, Ilium Software, OmegaOne, Resco, Conduits, SplashData, Fizz Software, MobiMate, MpegTV LLC (PocketTV), DDH Software, Inc. (HanDBase), Sybase (AvantGo), SOTI, Karrier Communications (IntelliGolf), MobiTV, Handmark, Landware

Wish Derek had requested for information from other mobile web sites also.

Windows Mobile has been around for quite some time now, too bad there is so standard method for tracking and auditing the sales performance of all the major vendors.
