Seems to work OK on WM5 with my T-Mobile SDA. Display is not FULL screen (320x240). Any fix to make the display full screen?

unfortunately, no. That means the game was designed for the older screen resolutions. Not much - if anything can be done until the developer upgrades their application. :(
